Steps for the return request
If the product you bought is not up to your liking, you can return in 14 days since the moment it has been shipped, following the next 4 simple steps:
1. Fill and send the return request until the 14th day from the day of the shipping.
2. Wait the confirmation from us about the return request and sending the courier to pick up the product you want to return.
3. If you want to return multiple products you have to fill out a return request for each product.
4. Prepare the item for delivery and give it to the courier
Important - If the returned product meets the return conditions, we can send you a new one (in case it came broken) or the money will be refunded in the bank account specified by you in the return request.
